Warranty Policy
Our warranty service covers all manufacturing defects in new scooters and bicycles for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Provided that the vehicle meets the applicable maintenance standards, we will repair your electric scooter or bicycle and cover all associated costs for parts, materials, and labor. If you require repairs, or if the necessary parts fall outside the scope of the warranty, please notify us; we are committed to assisting you—we can often diagnose the issue remotely and ship replacement parts to you for purchase. Should your scooter or bicycle require return-to-factory service, we will work closely with you to minimize the associated costs and inconvenience.

We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during transit. Any shipping damage must be reported to zazawork within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to all products, including bicycles and various accessories.

zazawork may request additional supporting documentation (such as video footage) to facilitate a more accurate diagnosis of the issue and to process your warranty claim. The shipment of most warranty-covered parts is typically completed within 1 to 10 business days after a customer service representative has entered your claim into our system. Replacement parts will be shipped only after you have provided zazawork with the requisite supporting documentation.

Warranty parts will be shipped via UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL, depending on their size. Expedited shipping services are not available for warranty parts.

Components such as chains, tires, wheelsets, inner tubes, battery handles, brake pads, brake cables and housing, grips, and spokes are considered consumable parts. These components are subject to natural wear and tear during normal use and are therefore not covered by the warranty. You are responsible for the replacement and maintenance of these consumable parts. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty coverage. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the zazawork online customer service team by emailing support@zazawork.com. Bicycles or parts returned for factory service without complete supporting documentation may experience service delays or be denied warranty coverage. The following components and types of damage are not covered under warranty:


Consumable parts—such as brake pads, tires, and inner tubes—as well as any natural wear and tear on components resulting from normal use.
Damage, malfunctions, or performance issues caused by collisions, fire, accidents, adverse environmental conditions (including acid rain, volcanic ash, sea salt, bird droppings, hail, or prolonged UV exposure), overloading, a lack of routine maintenance, and/or failure to use the scooter/bicycle in accordance with its intended design purpose are not covered under warranty. The following circumstances or actions will void the warranty:


Exceeding the specified load limits and/or speed limits (please refer to the product manual for your specific model for exact limit values).
Leaving the electric scooter/bicycle or its battery exposed to ambient temperatures exceeding 100°F (approx. 38°C) or falling below 0°F (approx. -18°C) for extended periods (more than a few hours at a time).
Exposing the electric scooter/bicycle to floods, severe storms, hail, or other similar adverse weather events.
Submerging the electric scooter/bicycle in any liquid medium.
Attempting to alter the programming settings of any electronic system.
Improper maintenance of the battery (please refer to the User Manual for specific maintenance procedures).
Warranty Claim Process

1. To file a warranty claim, you must provide visual evidence (photos and videos) demonstrating the product defect. Please send this evidence, accompanied by a written description of the issue, to our customer service email address: support@zazawork.com.
2. Once our customer service team has verified and confirmed the existence of a manufacturing defect, we will ship brand-new replacement parts to you.

Accessories purchased separately on the zazawork.com website are not covered by warranty service (with the exception of damage incurred during shipping). Stolen vehicles are not covered under warranty.
